Oona's teaching style emphasizes mindful movement and breath while honoring student individuality. Accessibility is a matter of perception, sustainability is a matter of focus. Oona says, "The important part is showing up, and...of course the breath."

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructors:

Cindy Shroba & Oona Townsend

 

This class is a mix between Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and focuses on the breath, the asanas, and a flow of postures from one to another on the mat. Your focus, strength, flexibility, mindset and balance will all improve with regular attendanc.

Chair Mobility Class Yoga Instructors:

Cindy Shroba & Oona Townsend

 

In this beginner class, you don’t need a mat. We will use the assistance of a chair to perform our postures, either seated or as an aide while standing. If you need to work on your balance, are having trouble getting up from the floor, or would like to improve your flexibility, this class is for you. Other benefits include reduced anxiety, increased circulation, and decreased tension in joints and muscles.
