Cindy Shroba

"I like to say I am all about prevention, education, and nutrition. Being a Certified Clinical Thermographer takes care of the prevention side. Hosting holistic health care summits is my version of educating the community. And growing/selling microgreens, edible flowers and garden produce to our local restaurants is the nutrition arm. So you can see why Yoga fits into my life so well."

What Classes Cindy teaches:

Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga

This class is a mix between Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and focuses on the breath, the asanas, and a flow of postures from one to another on the mat. Your focus, strength, flexibility, mindset and balance will all improve with regular attendance.

Chair Mobility Class

In this beginner class, you don’t need a mat. We will use the assistance of a chair to perform our postures, either seated or as an aide while standing. If you need to work on your balance, are having trouble getting up from the floor, or would like to improve your flexibility, this class is for you. Other benefits include reduced anxiety, increased circulation, and decreased tension in joints and muscles.
